This Kit has all the items you’ll need to make your very own Japanese Boro mending inspired patch bag.

You'll receive 6 patches including a selection of checked, striped, plain, shibori, kasuri and/or katagami stencilled patches which you can assemble to make your very own, unique bag, ideal to use yourself or to give as a gift to a friend or loved one.

The kit includes:

6 Patches vintage Japanese cotton or linen fabric, approx 12cm x 8cm (size may vary but you will receive a similar overall sized piece of each fabric)

• NOTE: Items shown are indicative of the type of fabric you will receive. Exact patterns may vary. Patches selected at Seller’s discretion based on what is available

• NOTE: Shibori items may be those the seller has made themselves

• 20m skein Sashiko thread (choose from white, red or navy)

• Sashiko needle (you will receive either one long or one short Sashiko needle)

• White cotton tote bag to stitch onto

• Instructions on how to stitch your patches
