This framed artwork is comprised of 104 hand stitched Kogin arrows in gold and black and took over 50 hours to sew.
The gold arrows face upwards and represent the golden happy days, and the black arrows face downwards and represent the dark and dreary days.
There are more upwards facing gold arrows than black downwards ones!
The frame is a black wood.
Stitched using Aurifil cotton floss in black and gold on 18-point white evenweave Kogin fabric.
100% cotton
Dyed with Grey Dylon
