Vintage kimono silk pack - 7 pieces - lucky dip
I’ve been having a clear out of my vintage silks. I’ve made up a very limited number of packs, just eight in total so, when they are gone, they are gone.
PLEASE NOTE: These are vintage pieces and some may have stains, holes, cut marks at the sides or be odd shapes.
There are seven different pieces in the pack (for more details, scroll to the end of the photos):
Large piece of kimono silk in a range of patterns (each different)
Large piece of plain coloured kimono silk in one of five colours
Two out of four patterns (green daisies, teal marbled, blue and white hexagon flowers, grey lines)
Silk kimono lining fabric in one of three designs
Piece of pink embossed patterns with flowers and grey swirly lines
Medium piece or strip of a selection of pieces
Small piece of a selection of pieces
Contents of the packs will be a random mix of the different pieces available and picked out at random.
There is a lot of material in these packs!
Great for your projects - hair scrunchie, purse, pouch, patchwork, Christmas decorations so get creative.
They would also make a great gift for a crafty friend.

Large pieces. Sizes range from 40 to 61 inches in length and are typically around 14 inches wide
Burgundy Komon panels with different sized white flowers. Note: fabric has a cut halfway down
Black with orange with big shippo lucky treasures patterns with flowers in at one end - extra piece sewn to the main silk which you could unpick - embroidered
Black with orange flower in hexagons at one end and white shippo lucky treasures beyond that - embroidered
Red and black checked design - raw silk
Blue on black Fundo scale weights pattern with flowery centre. Visibly mended patch at one end
Heavy black brocade patterned silk
White contour lines on black silk with brown dots. Different small pattern on the back
Grey, brown and red joined by black triangle lines
Plain pieces. Sizes range from 25 to 38 inches in length
Black - there are two pieces and one has a small decal at one end
Raspberry pink - there are three pieces
Cream lining fabric - stains
Apricot lining fabric - stains
Teal / Gold crepe silk - one side is teal and the other gold

Green daisies - approx 10 x 14 inches
Teal marbled - approx 7 x 14 inches
Blue and white hexagon flowers - approx 11.5 x 14 inches
Grey lines - approx 11 x 13 inches
Lining fabric - these are the silks used to line kimono an Haori jackets. Fine silk, You will receive one piece from the selection below. NOTE: some have armhole shapes:
Squiggles (pinky/brown on dark cream silk) - approx 10 x 48 inches (wider to 14 inches at one end on some pieces)
Chrysanthemums (pink on dark cream silk) - approx 10 x 37 inches (wider to 14 inches at one end on some pieces)
Maple leaves in swirling water (pink on light cream silk) - approx 10 x 36 inches (wider to 14 inches at one end on some pieces)

Cattlyuna orchid with pink curved lines, embossed geometric pattern. This was from a Wedding kimono. I have two pieces of this. You will receive one
Cherry blossoms on cream silk. This is a larger piece but does have stains
One piece of black silk with embossed clouds and one piece of geometric patterned navy ad pinky/brown silk. You get both pieces. I have three sets of these
Dark pink mokume shibori on cream silk with black pattern x 2, Speckly grey, cream and black piece. These are longer, thinner pieces and you get all three pieces
Stylised plum blossoms in burgundy on cream silk strip and maroon embossed pebbles. These are thin pieces and you get both pieces
